Hands-on hardware work
All hands-on hardware work below is billed at R300/hour, with time estimated after diagnosis. On-site callouts are available on request, depending on availability — travel cost, if any, depends on location and gets confirmed when you book.

Repairs
Diagnosed and repaired using quality parts — the same parts are available to buy on their own if that's all you need. Turnaround depends on what's actually wrong with it; you get a real time estimate once it's been diagnosed, not a blanket promise.
Mac & iMac support
Hard to find on the West Coast — software issues sorted directly, in-house. Hardware faults get sent away to a trusted repair specialist and coordinated for you, so you're not left finding one yourself.
New machine setup
OS and software installed and configured, your data moved across — ready to use from day one.
Ongoing support
Remote help when it's quick, on-site when it's not. Hardware faults, software glitches, network issues — sorted by the same person every time.
